Dispatch and estimated arrival

We aim to dispatch on the same or next working day. Standard delivery is estimated at 2–3 working days after dispatch. Express delivery is estimated at the next working day after dispatch. Working days exclude weekends and bank holidays. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates; courier delays can occur.

Questions or delivery problems

Email urbanfiora.business@gmail.com with your order number if your parcel is delayed, damaged or missing. We will help investigate and resolve the issue. Please check your delivery address before placing an order and contact us promptly if it needs correcting.

For destinations outside the UK, any available shipping options and charges are displayed at checkout. The UK rates and delivery estimates above do not apply to international orders.
